These terms apply to your use of the Koa Life website and the information, offers and pathways presented here.
Website use
This website is provided for informational, educational and commercial purposes related to Koa Life and its divisions, programs, products and experiences. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or use its content in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of Koa or others.
Intellectual property
Koa names, original frameworks, Soul Alignment materials, BEing Alohi materials, training content, written content, graphics, course materials and other original Koa intellectual property may not be copied, republished, sold, taught, distributed or commercially used without permission.
Offers and purchases
Specific offer terms, pricing, access, scheduling, refund or cancellation conditions may be presented on the applicable checkout, application, agreement or enrollment page. Those offer-specific terms control where they differ from general website information.
Aligned program — payment, delivery and cancellation
All Aligned sales are final. No refunds except where required by applicable law. This applies to Aligned Regular and VIP, including pay-in-full and installment purchases. Applicable taxes and the complete price or installment schedule are displayed at checkout before payment.
Aligned is a live-first eight-week learning experience with eight weekly group teaching calls, two monthly follow-up implementation and Q&A calls, and a growing course library. Teaching materials and replays are released progressively; the full recording library is not immediately available at enrollment. Session start dates, times and joining information are confirmed with enrolled participants. Contact Koa before purchase if participating depends on a particular start date.
Where a scheduled Koa session must be rescheduled, Koa will communicate the revised delivery arrangements. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer rights or remedies if Koa does not provide the purchased services. The optional Level 1 personal Clearing in VIP requires separate informed consent, and previous receipt of Level 1 must be disclosed before purchase; no automatic substitution of other Clearing levels is promised.

Availability
Koa offerings may evolve over time. Programs, events, products, pricing, enrollment windows and availability may change, and not every Koa division or concept shown on the website is continuously open for enrollment or purchase.
Third-party services
The website may link to third-party services for applications, scheduling, payments, course delivery, commerce or social media. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms and policies.
