Privacy Policy
Koa Life respects your privacy and aims to be clear about how information is collected and used when you interact with our website, applications, scheduling, programs and services.
Information you choose to share
We may receive information you voluntarily provide when you complete an application, schedule a call, join a program, purchase an offer, subscribe to communications, participate in a course or community, or contact us. This may include your name, contact details, responses you submit, purchase information and information relevant to the service you request.
How information may be used
Information may be used to respond to inquiries, review applications, provide purchased services, manage scheduling and access, deliver communications you request, support customer service, improve Koa offerings and operate the business.
Private Koa client intake
For personalized Soul Alignment Blueprint and eligible Level 1 work, clients may voluntarily submit their service history, contextual reflections, and optional birth information using Koa's private intake form on thekoalife.com. Submitted information is stored in private encrypted cloud storage associated with Koa's website hosting, separate from public marketing pages. Founder review requires restricted credentials. These details are used to review fulfillment needs, verify prior service history, document independently selected permissions, and prepare the purchased work.
You can decline optional questions and withhold or withdraw optional permission for personal spiritual work before it begins. Submitted intake information does not itself verify payment. Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, medical records or another person's private information. Koa may use its website hosting and storage processor, Vercel, to process the intake on Koa's behalf.
Client intake records are retained as needed to provide and document purchased services, handle legitimate business obligations and comply with applicable law. To request access, correction or deletion of information, email aloha@thekoalife.com; legal record-keeping requirements may limit deletion.
Service providers
Koa uses third-party technology providers for functions such as forms, scheduling, course delivery, email, payments, websites and commerce. Information you submit through those services may also be processed under the provider’s own privacy terms.
Payments
Payment details are generally processed by the applicable payment provider rather than stored directly by Koa. The information available to Koa may include transaction status, billing details and purchase history as needed to fulfill and support an order.
Your choices
You may choose not to provide optional information. You may also use unsubscribe controls in marketing communications when available. For privacy-related questions, use the Contact page to reach Koa through the appropriate current channel.
Updates
This policy may be updated as Koa’s website, technology and services evolve. The version published on this website is the current version.
