Presence before sightseeing
Why I Would Rather Live Somewhere Than See Everything
I learned to value getting to know a place rather than rushing through attractions.
Koa Hele · Private Clearwater VIP Inquiry
When your next chapter deserves time together, not another tab on a screen.
A Clearwater VIP Day is Koa Hele's private in-person expression: intentional time with Leimomi to explore what you are creating or restructuring, grounded in the part of the Koa ecosystem that serves you now.
A submitted application is an expression of interest, not a confirmed event booking or purchase.
Personalized by design
A focused day for what needs your attention now.
The experience may be suited to someone who wants dedicated proximity and conversation around alignment, leadership, life or business changes, rather than a fixed group agenda.
01
Clarity around the current decision
Explore the issue, transition or possibility for which individual time and attention would be most valuable.
02
Koa-aligned private focus
The scope may draw on relevant Koa Healing, Koa Alakaʻi, leadership or life-structure work—but no particular therapy or session is guaranteed before agreement.
03
Time together, intentionally planned
A one-day inquiry can be reviewed for a potential extended private experience where the scope truly needs more time.
What to clarify first
No generic itinerary and no invented package.
The current Koa website describes Clearwater VIP Days and possible multi-day private formats, with scope designed around the person and the priorities agreed before the experience.
This is distinct from a publicly scheduled retreat, a prebookable holiday, or a standard priced Koa course. Before any commitment, Leimomi must confirm that this experience is currently being offered and agree on its purpose, timing, availability and full terms.
Travel, lodging, meals, venue, physical activities, transportation, cancellations and refund terms are not stated as included on this page.
Your next steps

Frequently asked questions
Clearwater VIP experience FAQs
Is a Clearwater VIP Day currently scheduled?
No date or live availability has been confirmed for this offer here. The current Koa website describes it as an application-based private experience, while the governing business Blueprint treats Koa Hele experiences and retreats as planned or awaiting confirmation.
Where would the experience take place?
The current Koa website identifies Clearwater, Florida. Any exact address, facility or meeting arrangements are confirmed privately if an experience is approved.
How much does a VIP Day cost?
There is no current, verified public price for this private experience. A quote and payment terms should only be provided after Leimomi reviews the scope and confirms availability.
Can it last more than one day?
The current website mentions private multi-day formats as possible when appropriate. This is a concept subject to separate scheduling, pricing and scope review, not an automatically available add-on.
What does the day include?
A fixed activity schedule, meals, travel, lodging, special treatments or other items are not publicly confirmed. The final scope must be agreed before booking.
Is this a public retreat?
No. This inquiry is for a private one-to-one experience; public or group Koa Hele retreats belong to a separate planned program and should not be treated as live bookable dates.
Is this the same as Soul Alignment Intensive?
No. Soul Alignment Intensive is an existing $5,000 six-week private product with a separate purchase path. Clearwater VIP Day is a separately scoped in-person experience with terms to be confirmed.
How can I express interest?
Use the existing Soul Alignment/private work application and indicate that you are specifically asking about a Clearwater VIP Day. Koa will clarify whether the offering can be scheduled.
The life behind this offering · Koa founder stories
Why I believe an experience is more than an itinerary
Living and learning across places with my family taught me to slow down, pay attention to local rhythms, and create room for real connection. The kind of experience that matters depends on who is taking part, their needs, and what has actually been agreed—not a generic luxury promise.
Learning from real life
We Didn't Need a Perfect Classroom to Learn Together
Our family's everyday experiences became part of how we learned together.
The human part of every gathering
The Hour After Class Was Its Own Kind of Teaching
What stayed with me was often the conversation and care after a formal activity.
Your reflection: What would make a shared day feel meaningful, practical, and true to your needs?
These first-person reflections share the values and history behind Koa. They are not testimonials, health evidence, income forecasts, or guarantees of an offer's outcome. Explore a free story journey or read all 80 founder stories; neither requires a purchase.
