Chapter 7 · Teaching leaders, not followers

Why I Created LeimomiTV

A founder story about teaching and shared leadership.

KOA-STORY-069 · Historical founder story adapted for public reflection

As I learned more about partnerships, public conversations and business visibility, I created LeimomiTV to share my work and bring other entrepreneurs into meaningful conversations. I wanted people to be able to hear a person's story, not only see an offer.

The leadership lesson I carried forward

I also learned from difficult partnership experiences that collaboration needs discernment, clear expectations and mutual respect. A platform should help people be heard, but it should not depend on using or borrowing someone else's voice. I wanted visibility to create more room for genuine leadership.

Reflection

What kind of leader are you becoming?

Whose work could you amplify in a way that honors both their independence and your shared values?

Your contribution does not need to look like mine to matter.
