I Wanted People to Lead Without Waiting for Me

A lived business and freedom lesson from Leimomi.

KOA-STORY-040 · Adapted from historical founder writing

While mentoring business partners and later creating practitioner programs, I noticed how valuable it was when other people developed skill and took initiative. I did not want to keep answering every question or being the only person who could move the work forward.

The deeper business lesson

Some of my strongest memories are of people learning to guide one another. A replicable system is not a substitute for responsible human leadership. It creates clearer choices, boundaries and a shared way of working so the founder is no longer the bottleneck.
