Soul Aligned Leader Intensive — Payment and Cancellation Policy
Please review these offer-specific terms before purchasing your six-week private Enagic leadership Intensive.
Offer and price
Soul Aligned Leader Intensive: $5,000 USD, one-time payment, for six weeks of private mentoring. This is the Enagic-focused LAYER offer, separate from the general Soul Alignment Intensive (ALIGN) and Leverage Shift mentorship. It is available to Enagic distributors from any team or sponsor and at any stage of business.
No-refund policy
All client-initiated purchases and cancellations are non-refundable. Koa does not offer discretionary refunds if you change your mind, cancel before your first session, decide to stop after the program begins, do not attend or use the agreed support, or choose not to implement the guidance. No prorated refund is provided solely because some of your six-week private mentoring remains unused.
Legal rights and provider non-delivery: This policy does not limit refunds, cancellation rights or remedies that applicable law does not permit Koa to waive. If Koa cannot provide the purchased service, a payment was made in error, or Koa and the buyer cannot agree on the essential scope needed to deliver the service, Koa will review the facts and provide any remedy required by applicable law. No provision authorizes retention of money that must legally be returned.
What the six-week purchase includes
Week 1 includes a 90-minute private session, Soul Alignment Blueprint and consent-based Level 1 Akashic clearing. Weeks 2–6 provide five weeks of individual support through scheduled private 30-minute sessions or an agreed voice-coaching alternative. The work may address team leadership, communication, onboarding, duplication and launch preparation. Participation inside your existing team platforms or private team training is arranged only when separately agreed in writing, with appropriate permission.
Scheduling, scope and consent
Before sessions begin, Koa and the client will confirm a written private scope, start and end dates, coaching format, communication boundaries and any agreed platform access. Any optional spiritual practice requires informed consent. Additional private team sessions or services are not automatically included.
No guaranteed rank or income
Participation does not guarantee Enagic rank advancement, sales, recruitment, commissions, earnings or team duplication. Koa's spiritual practices are personal-development services, not medical or psychological treatment.
